Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Create and direct systems and procedures for all aspects of the marine supply and service business
- Develop and enforce a culture of execution
- Develop a relationship with boat manufacturers that we are dealers for
- Support the Dealership by performing warranty work
- Hire and develop a full rounded team of technicians to handle all aspects of maintaining a boat
Requirements:
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Previous marine service experience
- English/Spanish proficiency
- Must be a motivated self starter
Remuneration:
- Hourly on work billed
- Performance based salary
